Schaper Construction, Roofing & Pools

I had a contractor install a new roof and it kept leaking. That company ghosted me. I called Schaper Construction came out the day that I called them and was back the next morning to repair the leak. They were so friendly, knowledgeable and extremely affordable. I'd recommend them with great confidence to anyone.

Schaper Construction has been wonderful to work with. Their immense knowledge of all aspects of the construction process was very helpful while remodeling our pool deck. It turned out incredible. We get so many wonderful comments when people come over. They were quick to order materials and to do the job. They did not over promise and met all deadlines they set for the project. Would definitely do more business with them.

We recently had our new fiberglass pool installed by Schaper. Admittedly, there were a few bumps along the way, but John Schaper was quick to acknowledge and rectify all in a professional timely manner. The ladies in the office (Jessica, Suzanne and Kathy) are great as well! They were always willing and able to assist in answering any questions we had throughout the construction process. I can honestly say this company cares about their customers and will do everything within their power to make sure in the end you are left satisfied. Thanks to them, we now have a beautiful pool we love and can’t wait for Summer to enjoy it! 😊

We recently had them put on a new roof on our manufactured home. We were very satisfied by the roof, which showed no leaks in porch and carport connection, which is the reason we contacted them. We were also in agreement with the cost which seemed fair. However, we were not at all happy with the final bill. It indicated $8000.00+ more. We were upset that there was no discussion with us at all about the need for the added expense and the final bill was not itemized. We had asked twice during the roofing, to speak with the representative. We never saw him. We would have not been as upset if we had had any communication during this construction. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient with all the many questions, followup calls, and emails we submitted during our construction. They built our backyard into the dream spot we were hoping for. I would highly recommend the fine folks at Schaper Construction for any large projects you may have. Even if something wasnt perfect the first time, they made it right without exception. Thanks for Everything!!
