Schatz Electric Inc

In October 2021 I was out of town on vacation when I received an email from my home generator that it had failed its weekly exercise and would not run without a reset. I called Schatz Electric to see if they could come out and diagnose the error and reset the generator. They said they would check it the next day. I asked if I needed to cut short my trip and come home and they insured me that was not necessary. A week or so later we arrived home to find the generator still in the off position and no one had come out. Fortunately there weren't any power failures during this time and I didn't lose any perishables in the refrigerator or freezer. I called Schatz again and got the excuse they were too busy to check but they would come out and diagnose the generator. Here it is 8 months later and

The driver of one of their trucks passed my vehicle in the exit lane for broadcasting road and cut in front of me I guess I was going too slow. Why would anyone trust these people to fix electricity when they drive so recklessly and irresponsibly.

Took the time to install an outdoor light on my building. Worker was very nice.

Terrible customer service!
