I must say buying a first time home can be stressful enough and heard of people buying lemon homes. I felt I could rely on a third party inspector with no relations to the home seller and Realtor. I found Scheidt Home inspection on online as I was researching for a home inspector. I saw a sample report, it was very detailed. I read his reviews on multiple site, and such high reviews.
