We've used Schell Sealcoating for years, ever since we understood the impact of coal tar sealant on humans and the environment. Schell Sealcoating uses Black Diamond which is comparable in price and effectiveness to coal tar sealant and has a much lower level of toxicity. 3 years ago I wanted my asphalt driveway replaced. I had gotten 2 approximate estimates for the project. However they would not give me an exact price as they were not sure what the base was under the driveway. I decided to give Schell a call. Gerardo came out to take a look. Gerardo actually drilled into the asphalt to see what was underneath. He took the extra time so there would be no surprises. Two of my neighbors have used Schell also and they are very happy with their work. They do excellent work on asphalt and seal coating.
