Schiemer's Excavation has graded and maintained my drive, large areas to drain away from my house and abate erosion, maintained trails, and many other property maintenance issues. Excellent communication, including managing expectations, and costs. 2 jobs completed: extremely steep slope water leaks in 2 locations; replacement of water line, freeze proof and connection to shop building in tight work area. Detail oriented, AND practical. Efficient, Professional, and they cared that the jobs were done properly. Highly recommend!

I would never hire or recommend this company to anyone based on my experience yesterday when I was attending the Hands Off demonstration on Bridge Street in Clarkston, Washington and the passenger in their company pickup was flipping off off those of us standing on the south side of the intersection. I am going to make sure this information is known to my family and friends.

Over the past year and a half Randy has done multiple projects for me - removing 40+ dead trees and the concrete and debris from the house that burned in the Gwen fire, putting in a new driveway and a new septic system and a block wall, and prepping my lot for a new home. He is prompt, communicative, knowledgeable, thorough, and every project has exceeded my expectations. Fantastic work and I recommend him without reservation!
