Deb Schirmers, the office manager, is rude, childish and unprofessional. Additionally, she has zero listening skills and has made repeated false statements, including regarding billing (and other bizarre claims). I've read elsewhere in reviews that she has actually engaged in threats. Steve Schirmers and his son, on the other hand, have been pleasant to work with. The company should really not let Deb Schirmers interact with the public. She is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I had a really bad experience with Deb. I had to call the company because our client needed help with septic drain field inspection - our client called to request some information from Schirmers Watewater about the drain field - company installed system 20 year ago. Our client said that the representative was very rude with her, so our client called us for help with finishing the septic system inspection. Deb returned my phone call promptly. I left a voice message passing the information that our client had a bad customer experience and emphasized that I am letting the company know so they can improve on their customer experience. I also asked for the date when the drain field inspection is scheduled for since I am helping the seller - our customer - with organizing things with septic insp

I have been doing business with Schirmers wastewater for over 25 years. Steve and Deb have always been great to work with.
