Schlatter Timberworks

We have never worked with a sawyer before and didn't know what to expect. Vince was generous with his time and knowledge as we turned a pile of trees into usable lumber. We were able to get pine 2x4s, oak, maple, and cherry 1" & 2" slabs for all of our upcoming projects. We highly recommend Vince and Schlatter Timberworks.

I learned about Vince through the arborist that took the tree down. He and his son came and chain sawed 14, 2.5" slabs, the largest of which was 31" across. Slabs came out beautiful. Would recommend Vincent to anyone and would use him again if needed.

I really appreciate the work Vince did on our property, he milled severs of our 30+ trees we took them down to make room for our new septic and drainfield. We did not want to see this lumber go to waste! I couldn’t be more thrilled with the lumber we have. We have more than enough for the 5 projects onsite and I have plenty for other projects in the future

Vince does amazing work. Extremely knowledgeable on cutting and milling. He cut our oak tree into many different pieces that can be used in many ways.

Vince did a great job of setting up and milling our oak trees we cleared off of our land. His work was organized, concise, and with every cut, he thought out the best use of each piece of timber based on species, length, girth and shape. Vince's equipment easily handled our trees, many of which were quite large and functioned without issue. I would recommend him and his service to anyone looking to mill timber into structural or future finish lumber.
