What a great place to find the plumbing parts you need. Was able to get all the answers i needed too. Doing business with a family owned business is so refreshing. Ty. There is no way i could find these parts on my own at the other big box plumbing places.

I bought a fairly expensive toilet from you( $500) a Kohler. It did not come with a Kohler seat, which I was later told was odd because Kohler is pretty picky about having their seats on the toilet. After installed it never worked properly, so I called to see if you had a service man that could come out to see what was wrong. I was told to wait for him to call. He called and basically said I lived too far away for him to service it. ( I only live a half hour away) he proceeded to tell me well I could come out but you will not want to pay what I would charge you to come out there. He kept saying it was not worth his time. How do you sell a product and not even be willing to service it? I was prepared to pay for him to come out but he pretty much told me no. I found this to be very rude. And

Came to replace the motor in my furnace. He had to leave to get a part and it is only 10 mins. From my house. He was gone 2 hrs. And then charged me for the time. I tried to call the owner several times and every time the guy who did it would get on the phone and would not allow me to talk to the owner. I will never go there ever.
