Miguel J was so great fixing our floors. We had a bad leak from our dishwasher that warped our hardwood. He fixed everything efficiently using the least amount of materials. Even trimmed the metal paneling and varnished, as needed. Quick, easy and convenient. A true expert.

Juan was meticulous. He did a great job answering all my questions and was patient while allowing me to choose the right color for the stain. We tested it in a few spots in different lighting before I was able to decide. I have new cabinets in the kitchen, and he was careful to use hand sanding near them so as to keep them from getting damaged. Everyone who has seen my floors is impressed. I would highly recommend!!

The Schmidt team was professional and hardworking. They pulled together a plan very quickly and executed the plan faster than I could have imagined. The only evidence that they were in my home is the new ~1,300 sqft of new flooring I have! They cleaned everything up and placed the furniture back in its original locations.
