Ron Schmidt has been stringing me along since May about a simple faucet replacement! First it was a 2 month wait, then once the day was close NEVER a conformation call or RESPONSE! I saw from my phone he "READ" my texts and didn't even have the decency to reply!! Typical Northwoods bad business practices. Be aware of businesses like Ron Schmidt over here, the worst customer service experience I have ever endured
We had a cold weather issue with our septic system. Rob was super-responsive and addressed the problem quickly and effectively. Rob informed me that his father had installed our system 30+ years ago. His knowledge of our system, including updates subsequently installed by another company, was very impressive. Great service at a very fair price by a quality individual and company.
Had a new septic treatment system installed fall of 2016 and Rob did a excellent job and the followup was spot on. Al Andreshak
