Schneider Stone - Pinehurst Showroom

Schneider Stone has been the shining star of our kitchen remodel. We have remodeled kitchens in the past, but nothing prepared us for the trials and tribulations of remodeling during a pandemic. While the appliance dealer has moved our range out to a 12 month delay and cabinets aren't fairing much better, Schneider Stone delivered the most beautiful counters I have ever had, ON TIME. Luckily for us, the final cabinet delays have been with uppers. Once the lower cabinets were in place, Schneider was able to do the template. Prior to that, Chanda had let us take home quartz and soapstone samples to make a decision. (Other places couldn't seem to find samples.) I cannot say enough GOOD THINGS about working Chanda Strother of Schneider Stone - the Showroom Manager of the Pinehurst Ivey Lane Location. Not only was/is the Quality of the Material Fantastic (we used Cosmos White Lace Quartz), the Level of Customer Service Chanda Provided us with was insurmountable. As stressful as Construction/Renovations can be, Chanda was a breath of fresh-air, and she always kept us up-to-date, was quick to handle anything that came up, and most-importantly, she is reliable. I can honestly say that of all the Vendors we used for Our Project (a complete office reconstruction/renovation), Chanda is one who stands out, thanks to her friendly personality, knowledgeable advice, & dedicated follow-through. Amazing & Extremely professional Design Consultant- Chanda Strother helped us with selections - we used her recommendation of Steel Grey Granite. Service was Superior!
