We hired Schofield Home Improvement once before to upgrade our 25 year old kitchen, we were so happy working with John and his team we asked him to come back and draw plans and execute turning our unfinished attic into a full bedroom with solid hardwood floors, custom in wall shelves, AC work, electric, and complete redo of the existing bathroom including making it a little bit bigger which meant plumping work too. John and his team again did an amazing job and was always able to answer our questions when we had concerns about the build, proved to be accountable, and was really patient with us when we were stuck on picking materials and especially working with us when we commissioned a local wood worker to custom make our vanity base. We couldn’t ask for better service and the finish work

John and his team did excellent work during our master bathroom renovation. Everyone was very professional and courteous throughout the project. We are very pleased with the results. We recently completed a 14 month home renovation and addition project with Schofield's Home Improvement. We completely changed 70% of the floorplan, moving a kitchen, creating a laundry room, opening the floor plan, expanding the master bed and bath and adding almost 600 square feet to the rear of the house. We are beyond pleased with the work John and his crew did for us. They laid porcelain tile throughout our whole house, replaced and painted all the baseboards and door trim and put in new toilets. It was a big job and they handled it with Grace. John communicated daily with us about the progress and made sure the work area was cleaned up each day. His craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail exceeded our expectations. From the tight door trim miters to the extremely flat tile on our less than perfect slab, to the nice and smooth paint on the baseboards and all the extra touch ups, he gave our home the update we envisioned. John and his team (Hollis & Anthony) went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our interior remodel. John was very assertive initially, answered my call immediately, quoted us and gave us an accurate time frame for completion. we replaced all flooring interior, interior and ceiling painting, baseboard upgrade, kitchen remodel / addition, adding an island, Install hood vent plus so much more.
