We had Gemstone Lighting installed all around our house, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Tyler’s communication was top-notch — from the first phone call to the final walkthrough. He gave us an estimated start and completion date, stayed right on schedule, and kept us updated throughout the day during the install. The work itself is very clean and professional. We took the plunge on Gemstone Lighting and have ZERO regrets. Incredible experience and customer service from start to finish. Timely, communicative, and professional! I filled out the contact form on a Monday (11/10) just out of casual curiosity. We weren't really that serious about getting the lights. They were out to our house the very next day (11/11) where they gave me a brief run through of the lights and provided me with a quote. We ended up committing to do the lights a week later (11/18), and the lights were installed on 12/2. During their busy season, it was a 3 week process from initial contact to completed product. We can’t say enough good things about Schrage Service Company. From start to semi-finish (we have a large project and it isn’t done yet), they’ve been absolutely wonderful to work with. Every job we’ve asked them to do has been done perfectly — thorough, neat, and efficient. What really stands out is how proactive and attentive they are; if something needed to be adjusted or improved, they didn’t hesitate to recommend the best solution and take care of it right away. My experience with Schrage Services has been very positive! Dean helped us develop an electrical system for a new addition to our existing home. He fully explained the NEC and local codes applicable to our project and provided a line item break down of his bid so we knew exactly what we were paying for, something the two competing companies did not do. The installation crew, Tyler and JT, were very professional in their tasks running wire and placing electrical fixtures/appliances. They always left the work area picked up and clean. The county electrical inspector found no defects in their work! I highly recommend Schrage Services to anyone needing electrical work no matter how big or small!

Our family enjoys having lights on our house but were no longer able to put them up ourselves. We read about Schrage Service Company, and after talking with Dan, decided to have them put up LED lights on our house. We love them! There are so many light variations and awesome color combinations. The workers completed the project sooner than we expected and were very pleased with the service.
