I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at any of the locations that I have visited. The staff has always been helpful. Anytime I've had to special order anything. They've been great with communication on it. Today was no exception. I needed cabinet locks. Six of them. All keyed the same. They only had one in stock. Six were ordered. They'll be in in less than a week. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. I can't say enough about this company. That's why I keep coming back.

You’d be surprised what they have in stock, and whatever it is, the staff will help you find it. Friendly, efficient and affordable. Always make this your first stop for home, garden and tools.

This is yet another Ace location in Columbus that seems to have unfriendly rude and dismissive staff working as cashiers. And please note Ace does not like to accept returns, even with receipts. They are extremely rude when it comes to returns. God forbid a retail store gets a return. And in this day an age in our country, one would think that Ace Hardware would provide superior customer service with competitive prices with companies like Amazon Home Depot Lowe’s and so many other outlets that consumers can purchase from. One would think. But zero pair for customer service skills. Very dismissive and very rude. And overall extremely disappointing.

Awesome staff friendly environment easy parking very quick trip to get something you need or to invest some money in some serious equipment.They got both of those handled stop in and check them out i just bought a three hundred dollar pole saw attachment in and out of there in five minutes

The people there are so nice & helpful. I mostly go there to pick things are delivered from UPS. They seem to have wide selection, the store is well organized & clean.
