10 year old Kenmore washer. Diagnosed in a few minutes. I really thought it would need to be replaced. Had the oart/parts on the truck. Samsung refrigerator also 10+ years old. Both repaired at a very reasonable price in less than an hour. (I don't have a home warranty. They accept those but personally I have had bad experiences with those). Courteous and clean. Highly recommend!

My wife called them out for our dryer. She was told the diagnostic fee is $60. I was charged $95 because the dryer panels were off and they had to put them back on(taking them off is what you would have to do to diagnose the issue, ie: check heating element and internal components). I left them off because I thought it would make it easier for them, one less step to get to the cause of the issue. My issue was that my wall outlet is receiving incorrect voltage which you can test with multimeter in 10 seconds. I didn't ask them to put it back together because I took it apart easily and it's easy to put back together. I essentially got charged $30 extra(when they didn't asked if that's okay or if I wanted to assemble it myself since I took it off). Would not recommend. PS: The energy/interac

Exceptional service. Fast, knowledgeable, and affordable. I have an LG front loader that was leaking they came out same day to diagnose. After ordering parts, they had it fixed by next business day. You guys are awesome!

I don’t really feel these guys gave their all. Had them called out to my house on 3 different occasions for my washing machine. First time they put a drain pump on in 5 min then left. Of course I try to use the washer that night and it’s not working properly. They came back I told them upon arrival it wasn’t spinning, completing a cycle. They hang out for a couple of minutes. Check codes and leave. I have to turn it back into the home warranty people. They send them out again. By this time I have video to show them one of the problems the washer is presenting. Without even letting the washer run a full cycle, they check codes and say “well there’s no codes so we can’t figure it out.” Say they will turn it back to home warranty to send an authorized Samsung technician. Amazing customer service and very competitively priced. The guys worked around my lunch schedule to get me a free estimate when my LG dryer broke a few months ago. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken motor and I wasn't charged a dime until the motor was installed a few days later (they were out of stock in their warehouse but rush ordered it from a supplier). Installation was flawless and they even cleaned up before they left. Absolutely recommended
