Professional, honest, courteous, very clean, does EXC work, and very reasonably priced - and not dead behind the eyes like most of them. Scott did a wonderful job replacing our hot water heater as it was not an easy location in our old basement (felt a little bad for him). He pushed thru with certainty and great attitude, also made good time ! He also did some fixture replacements which really made a difference in the look of our home.
