We recently completed installation of a truly beautiful new kitchen designed by Michael Schlütter of Schwarzmann, LLC. It was a pleasure being guided by this fine craftsman who has a showroom in West Palm Beach in which he displays a broad range of products. He worked closely with us to accommodate the architectural particulars of our high-rise condo in Miami, to meet and refine our personal preferences for cabinetry and counter-tops, to select and purchase a variety of upscale Miele appliances, and to manage budgetary considerations. Michael recommended a general contracting firm in our area (VISION, Miami) with whom we were entirely impressed. I can’t say enough about the Schwarzmann team. My husband and I were pleased with the entire process from the initial consultation & design through the installation of our beautiful kitchen. Michael & his team were professional & courteous throughout the entire process and kept us well informed about everything along the way! Michael is a true master of his craft and someone we could wholeheartedly trust with our vision!

We did a kitchen remodel with Schwarzmann Kitchens/Michael Schlutter in 2017 and were happy enough with the results to contract with him to do a bathroom remodel. BUT THERE WAS A HUGE CHANGE. So much aggravation and frustration!!!! We can only advise that if you work with this team you should be prepared for: * sporadic (or total lack of) communication once you've signed a contract * lack of truthfulness * design flaws * fundamental measurement flaws, luckily caught by our interior designer and contractor in the nick of time * extreme delays ( we understood that this was during Covid and there were supply chain issues, but have the decency to keep us updated.) At times, we were able to get items immediately that Michael claimed were not available * didn't deliver items that were paid for *
