Scituate Cesspool, Inc.

I've used Scituate Cesspool in the past and they were great - especially Kyle who went over and above. This time, the guy spent 5 minutes and I'm not even sure he got all the solids out. He was curt and not very thorough. I will be looking for another service next year. Cost: $295

Started off super well. I appreciated the directness and price. Set up a septic pump yesterday. I had left the hose out for him to clean the filter. I guess in the morning between leaving for work at 4am and when the service person showed, it had frozen. No big deal, this happens except the service person left the water running. From the time he left around 10 to the time I got home at 4, the hose had been disgorging water. My yard is gravel, so it drains quickly, but the photos speak for themselves. I called to let them know and the dispatch confirmed that the hose was on and the serviceman forgot to turn it off. I asked what could be done customer service wise. Needed 6 tanks pumped and they came out and finished them all in one afternoon. Will serviced the tanks, he had plenty of great tips and information to share about the tanks and their maintenance. We'll be returning for tank services without a doubt,

I've been utilizing Scituate to pump my septic system for a few years now. Consistently great customer service! And their driver's are top notch! Wouldn't call anywhere else. Keep it up!

5 Stars! Scituate Cesspool made the whole process super easy from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and hassle-free, and the technician showed up right on time. Not only did he do an awesome job cleaning everything out, but he also took the time to explain how the system works and gave me some really helpful tips on how to maintain it. Super professional and friendly—I’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!
