Ralph and team did quite a big job in our side years. Excavating, pouring concrete, building a brick retaining wall, a paved deck and making a breakthrough in a landmark protected brick wall. Ralph was great to work with throughout the job. Always available and responsive, knowledgeable, reliable, honest and friendly. Also his team of 4 people was awesome. I had an excellent experience with this company from initial estimate through to final job completion. I hired the firm to redo a porch and entrance stairs and walkway on a residential property in Western Queens. This including demolition of an existing porch walls, waterproof insulation of the porch and porcelain tiling the same. Additionally Sclafmore built new walls, rebuilt the entrance walkway and stairs and installed new metal railing and grillwork. The work was done to a high standard and his crew were very reliable. This is the company you want to hire. They replaced my entire front porch, steps, walkway, driveway, and added new stone walls. Ralph was excellent to work with. He had great ideas and talked me through some design changes. He showed up when he said he would, the job took as long as he said it would take, and cost what we agreed on. The work done by the crew was fantastic. This was a pretty invasive remodel and even during demolition they did not just show up and start swinging hammers, but showed care and attention to detail throughout the whole process.
