Had a job that required him not to be able to drive on the grass to pump my septic tanks. Scott was extremely nice and understanding. He had the right equipment to go the extra mile to get the job done. I talked to multiple business that service septic tanks, and none of them would go above and beyond like Berk’s Septic Service. 👍

Replaced our septic tank. Not only did they drop the tank while installing, but they took 3 trailer loads of dirt away. Which now has the lids of the tank sticking out 7 inches, along with a terrible transition from the dig area. Sent our concerns in, and they threw the contract and permit approval in our face. Essentially stating it's our fault for not standing outside to make sure they filled in a hole properly. Just another company giving honest blue collar work a bad name. Joke, 0 stars
