Cannot give enough praise to this wonderful company! Our 21 year old main floor HVAC system crapped out Tuesday night. Found out it was a motherboard issue on Wednesday, which would cost about 10% of a whole new system. We decided to get a new system instead of just a bandaid & called around to start getting quotes. By this point it was Thursday morning & I called them up and they were able to come give a quote shortly after. It’s been a cold winter and no heat with guests coming did not seem very inviting. Jason not only provided a solid quote which was the lowest of the 3 I had gotten at that point, but let me know they could help us out and get us a new system in same day. Scott Comfort Systems earned my trust from the very beginning. When I made the first call to this office in Feb I was very anxious thinking about the magnitude of the necessary HVAC repair, but the calm, understanding tone of the young lady who answered immediately eased my mind. Brandon, the technician who came out was not only professional and knowledgeable, but he went above and beyond to fix my issue thoroughly. He also answered all of my questions. When he left I felt confident in my repair. I had to call again this week for an unrelated heating issue and Brandon once again took care of me. I'm very grateful they were referred to me and will not hesitate to also recommend them to everyone I know! I believe they truly have the best interest of the customer at the heart of the business.

On Sunday night was having problems with HVAC system so Monday morning called the company that installed it and was told they no longer service this area. My wife checked our neighborhood web page and someone recommended Scott Comfort Systems. I placed a call around 10:00 and was told someone would be there between 11:00 and 1:00. At around 11:30 Brad showed up, introduced himself, listened to the problem and went to check out the unit. Was able to get system running normally, however a part was needed but system would work. Brad ordered the part and told me he would come back the next day to install. He returned the next morning, installed new part, checked complete system.
