Scott fence did a great job replacing areas needed. Johnnie and crew cleaned up and removed all old boards. Very professional job. I have already shared with neighbors.

At first they were great! After hurricane Ida we spoke and got an estimate and we scheduled the work and the fence installation started and finished. The installer was in touch the whole time. As soon as the work was done I noticed the gate had a sag so I called the installer and he promptly responded and came over to correct the problem. Well the problem(sag) was not fixed and I contacted him again and he came over and tried to fix the fence gate again. It still is not working properly! I tried to contact the installer once again but he stopped responding( i guess doing a job correct is not important) So, I then tried to call the company and got no response left numerous messages on many different numbers(local and corporate). Tried every number but still got no response. I never receiv

Scott Fence seriously needs to hire a customer service rep that stays up on the jobs and notifies the customer when a job is scheduled to start, time the crew will show up, etc. I had to call and email several times to verify that they even had me on their schedule. I even asked the office person ( a lady who seemed peeved that I was asking questions about my job) if they were even interested in my business. All she could say was that she was sorry communication had been poor. Evidently not sorry enough to do something about it. So, I'm in my 4th week of waiting for the crew to show up today as promised from said office lady. I'll post a final review when the job is (ever) finished.
