I don’t know why Spectrum hired such an incompetent contractor. Fennel inc dug up the holes in our front lawn, finished their work, and left tarps with dead grass annd dirt over our lawn killing it. It’s been a month and everyone in the neighborhood has the same dilemma. Take some accountability and clean up.

Jonathan was so kind and generous. He saw me and my son with his bike struggling to find the right socket to remove the stubborn training wheels and he generously offered to use the tools he already had in his truck to remove them for us. He then put on the new ones no questions asked. I know he was on the way to Lincoln, Nebraska so he didn't have to help but I'm so grateful that he did. My son said he will keep his promise to ride with just 2 wheels by Spring! If this is the type of person that works here I would recommend them highly!

No customer service or communication. Kills sod, breaks sprinklers, and leaves their mess behind. Zero sense of urgency to fix their destruction of property so the homeowner has to pay for it and fight to get reimbursed.

A one is more than you deserve. They broke my sprinklers and showed up a day later than I was told they be here. So I figured no one was going to show up. I fixed them myself and when they did show up. I was told they will not pay the repair cost.
