UPDATE: The pipe repair that was done did not hold because the pipe was not installed correctly - it wasn't even threaded into place, but rather "glued" in with silicone caulk. Lucky for us, our main drain was not working, otherwise I would have come home to an empty pool and my neighbor's basement likely would have flooded. It could have burnt out our pump, since it ran for god-only-knows-how-long without water, but fortunately did not. Phone calls to Scott High Pool Service about this were not returned to us. ----- I'm conflicted because the actual services provided were fine; they blew out our lines before winter, and helped us fix a broken pipe on the filter in the spring. Scott had his team install a new liner in my above ground oval. They arrived on time and were very professional. A bit of a delay in getting the liner but Scott explained well in advance about the manufacturing delays caused by COVID. He went the extra mile and provided his personal cell number to keep me informed. They wasted no time once it arrived from his supplier and did a great job. One of my pool walls was badly rusted through but they installed a replacement and It looks amazing. They even made a return trip the next day to install a new return fitting because I noticed a small drip. That was value added at no charge. Very professional. I'll call these guys again if needed.

I've been a customer for several years. Scott was initially referred to me by Leslie's Pools to install a new filter system about 6 years ago. 4 years ago when my pump stopped working, he suggested repairing it rather than replacing it which saved me a lot of money. This summer he replaced my inground pool liner and it looks wonderful. The finished product is much better than a larger company in the area that I paid a lot more money to for the same service 12 years ago. I find his service to be honest and pricing reasonable. It's a small business, so you don't always get an immediate response like you would at a larger company, but I always get a response and speak to Scott directly. He cares about the service he provides. I often recommend him to my fellow neighbors with pools.

Scott and his guys redid our pool liner and our filter and pump. It took some time for our liner to get in but that was no fault of Scott's. He didn't have control over that. That was on the company that was sending the liner. As soon as it came in his guys were out putting it in. Scott's guys were all super nice and friendly. Helped and answered any questions we had. Any issues that came up during the whole process Scott helped us through it. Scott may not dress or act all professional but he is down home, laid back, get the work done. Who wants to be all dressed up to get it all ruined? I happen to think he's pretty great. Suspenders and all! And we just love his guys. We made sure to have snacks, ice pops, and drinks every day for them while they worked. I don't care what anyone says

The pool itself is very high quality and the field guys are very good to work with....but that's about as good as it gets. Scott does a horrible job of scheduling his guys (doesn't send them back for days to finish a job), he doesn't return phone calls EVER, he explains nothing once your pool is in.....when our pool was being installed, he and his concrete sub argued back and forth with us stuck in the middle. Parts I have been promised for going on 2 years have never been provided and I have finally just bought them and installed them myself. When you work out agreements with Scott, he doesn't remember them and that's a whole new hassle.....overall, I would never recommend using Scott High Pools. I truly feel bad saying this for the employees, it's not them.....it's definitely their boss.
