Scott Septic Tank Service LLC

I searched on Google and found they had really good reviews. I called them on Monday after and made sure they serviced coffee county which they do. The lady on the phone was very kind and friendly. Great customer service. She set us up for a Thursday appointment at 6am which worked great before I had to be at work. The technician tyler came out. He got there about 15 mins early which was very good. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions that I had. Took about 45 mins and he was done. Every part of my experience with Scott Septic was very good. This was my second dealing with the company. Had them come out to my parents to pump and make a repair. Very kind, efficient and reasonably priced. Will definitely refer them and use them next time.

Our septic backed up yesterday after 5 p.m. We called Scott's here in Murfreesboro to help. They showed up today, friendly, efficient, professional, and they've been doing it for several generations. If you have issues, I recommend them without reservation!
