Scott and his team installed our ducted central air and heat in our new house and we couldn’t be happier! It was something we wanted to do before we moved in and Scott was quick to schedule us and worked diligently to install the HVAC system. He also came out within a half hour when we called to say the air wasn’t working (which turned out to be complete user error as we turned the breaker off by accident haha) - we super appreciated though how fast he came out and was willing to take a look. We also waited months for our gas installation and Scott was patient with us and came back to finish our furnace when our gas was complete. Now our new home is super comfortable! We appreciate all of Scott and his team’s hard work - thank you so much!

I called Scott early evening on a very cold Saturday because we had a gas leak on our furnace. He came within the hour, fixed the problem and got the heat back on. I highly recommend Scott Shannon HVAC LLC.

Scott and his team fixed my issues with my boiler that another service company could not repair properly. He also quoted the job before he started so I knew what to expect. I will also have him service my office heater.

First time they came out in the spring to check the AC. The worker ran everything and assured me that even though it's an old system and will need replacing eventually, it is in working condition. He just came back out for the furnace check before winter, fixed one small pipe-tear and again reviewed everything, looked fine. Will definitely continue calling them for my HVAC services!

We called and in less than 2 hr he was at home fixing the problem. With a 3 yr old we needed the heating working and he make it happen. Thanks!
