Scott's Appliance Service (Baldwin county, Mobile county)

This is the 2nd time someone has been out. First time was a different company. He had the part. The Scott’s repair guy said it would take 3/5 days to get the part. Did not communicate that the part would take 2 weeks. When I called Scott’s to see why they hadn’t been back the woman that answered the phone was rude. She acted like I was stupid. The repair guy was rude when he came to my house. I only used them because I have a warranty with Lowe’s if there is a next time I will definitely not pick Scott’s Appliance Service. It cost nothing to be nice.

Made an appt for Friday morning between 8-10. At 945 I called to see if they were still coming. Nope! No appointMent was in their books! Imagine how happy I was to sit here for nothing. Unreliable!

Kept appointment time and Tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Samsung dryer issue resolved. Definitely recommend. I'm in Mobile, called Samsung and requested Scott's as the repair company.

We had our 1 year old Whirlpool Refrigerator with ice maker go out on us after just a year after we purchased it . Scott’s Appliance came out, in a very timely manner, and ordered parts to fix this issue. We have had nothing but excellent service from this company, Mike S was our tech and he was so knowledgeable about how we needed to fix this. Ellen Scott, and her entire team have always taken our calls, made appointments as quickly as possible, and the contact and follow up with this company is amazing. I highly recommend them for any appliance repairs. They will definitely be our first call if, and when we need them. We highly recommend calling this company first.

They came out to fix our Frigidaire refrigerator. The error code indicated that a sensor had gone bad. They showed up on time, let us know that it could be the sensor or the motherboard. There is no way to tell until you try to replace the sensor. We chose to try the sensor replacement because it was cheaper. Of course, it was the motherboard. They ordered that part and came out to install it at no additional charge (other than the part). Again, showed up on time, were clean, courteous, and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance repaired.
