My garage door had an issue with a cable that was frayed, but just a little, only a few strands. I asked Scott to assess if this was a safety risk and something that needed to be fixed. Upon inspection of the few loose strands he said the cable was perfectly fine, and did not need to be repaired. He did not charge for the brief inspection. This level of care made me feel valued and confident that such dedication truly transforms routine service into something exceptional.
