Stay away from this guy. They don't offer emergency service unless its convenient for them. They have no staff. I had a service agreement with them. I had issues with the York unit they installed in 2020. The blower motor has gone bad twice. Once in 2024 and now again in 2026. In 2024 he hung up on me while I was trying to get him a new blower that I had to find for myself, because he couldn't be bother to find one. Then again this year he and wife both hung up on me when trying to get them to fix my unit that had quit running. Before hanging up on me they told me if I didn't like the way they did business to find somebody else. Which I did. stay away far away form this guy.

Did a full A/C replacement with Scott's yesterday. I highly recommend there service. We are very pleased with the work they did and how everything was explained from the owners. They also was very fast in finding the issue and getting the parts to fix and replace as quickly as they did.

After using this family owned business for routine service and maintenance for years when it was necessary to replace one of the units Scott and Brian presented and discussed several options. They took the time to explain the advantages vs. cost of each upgrade. Once I had made a decision, I had a full understanding of what I was purchasing and why the upgraded model features were worth the investment over the long term. Their contract was very complete and clear and the installation was smooth, clean and timely. They were a pleasure to deal with!

I called for my heat pump/a-c unit to be inspected as the winter was over! Nancy, (Scott's wife) answered the phone and was very friendly and professional. We made an appointment and understood that Gianni would be coming out to inspect everything. He was very friendly, professional and explained that new filters needed to be installed and even though my unit was old, it seemed to be working well at this time. I was so impressed by the low key excellent service at a very reasonable rate that after he left, I called Nancy to give her and Scott how happy a customer I was with everything!
