Leo was amazing! Our somewhat complicated French doors had a handle and central lock mechanism that were no longer working 100% after about 12 years. Leo responded quickly, came and inspected thoroughly, and then fixed our French doors with great care and attention to detail. We could tell he is an absolute locksmithing expert. Good communication, fair price, & really excellent work. Thank you very much!

We have used Scottsdale LOCKSMITHING a number of times now. Moshe has always done his best to be here on time, although we understand if traffic is bad, or his previous job takes him more time than expected. His work is excellent and he is quick to get the job done, and do it right. Best locksmiths in the Valley!!

Read in entirety This is only a dispatch. Called for non-emergency pricing, they called back. $150. I said that I could wait for the property management at the storage unit to cut the lock off. (Key broke). Someone from another LS co. called, I told him I would wait. Third person called from 24 7 Locksmith said again I could wait. Then he stated negotiating. Got down to $70 in 30 mins could meet me. No show and called 2 times. First said he was 15 mins. Last time went to VM. Go elsewhere and deal direct with a company. Update called again, they said 5 mins finishing up and in the neighborhood. I said I will wait 15 mins. Its been over 20. Update, as I was leaving, Mamoud showed up.And he did a good job altering my review.To add a star for him.

This so called locksmith shop, isn’t exist no more. There is an attorney office that have been replacing the old shop that called “Scottsdale locksmithing”. About few years ago. Don’t waste your time and effort since it looks like the owner doesn’t care much of the company’s customers.

Sketchy service and would not recommend. I locked myself out of my house and upon arrival the tech (who showed up in a regular car and gym clothes) told me the ONLY way to get in was to drill off the door handle and for me to pay $260. When I inquired about how he took payment he said Zelle or Apple Pay which obviously isn't professional whatsoever. At the point I told him I wasn't interested in paying that amount and I would just pay the $75 service fee for coming out and he could be on his way. He proceeded to get on the phone with his boss even after I told him he could leave where he responded "You just paid $75 for nothing then, I can try to get in another way". Then he popped the door opened magically and was there less than 20 minutes and finessed me out of $150. He even had the aud
