Scotty is not a salesman. He's a plumber. When you book him, do not expect him to try and upsale you. Trust his 35 years of experience in home plumbing. I made the mistake of calling a salesman with a plunger weeks before. Got sold on a two hour job of absolutely nothing. For a fraction of that bill, Scotty was able to resolve our secondary line. My wife and I could not be happier.

He was punctual, professional, and a very nice guy! He’s easy to talk to, very thorough, and offers great recommendations. I am happy to have him as a contact for my rental properties. We called Scott because our kitchen drain got clogged and couldn't fix it. I tried, but the old pipes made it difficult to find a replacement trap (ours was cracked). Scott came out quickly and took a look at what we had. He asked if it would be okay to replumb all of the drain pipes with new. He made everything look easy! He did a great job.
