Scotty made a very stressful situation simple and solveable. He was swift getting here with same day service offering a long term solution for my plumbing problems. In fact Scotty found access to the septic in 15 minutes when 2 technicians before him literally took half a day and still did not find the easiest access Scotty found in 15 minutes. They charged me more than double the price Scotty did. His price was more than fair for the value he provided. You can get honest value for your money and avoid a migraine working with Scotty. He provides honest straight forward solutions for plumbing problems.

Issue: Toilet wouldn’t flush and sewage odor in house. Scotty’s Sanitation Service came out today and was able to quickly locate the septic tank, dig, and access the problem. The water pump had no power due to a tripped breaker. Kyle and his coworker pumped out both the septic tank and the water pump which were overfilled. Friendly, professional, respectful of property, and patient with my questions and curiosity. I was relieved no repairs were necessary, just a simple power switch back on. Pleased with the cost and felt it was very reasonable for the services and time spent (about an hour). I would definitely recommend Scotty’s for septic tank service needs. A great service provider…
