Ana was the technician who did my service, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve had my pale, beige carpet steam cleaned a few times in the 4 years I’ve lived here. It looked good, but took longer to do and took much much longer to dry…the rest of the day and even overnight. But Scrubs (Chem Dry) system, dried within just a few hours. And it sanitizes my carpet too. This is really important to me with my allergies. And it’s completely safe for my kitty, Zoey. The amount of cat hair it pulled up (even though I vacuum regularly) was embarrassing! I’m a renter, so carpet maintenance is dually important in case I ever move and want my sizable cleaning deposit back. I’ll most definitely use them again! These pictures will speak volumes!
