Can be difficult to enter from the Fannin Street side. Easier access from Main Street.
Enter from main st. Stayed at Marriott for visit to Methodist Hospital. Parking was convenient for both as there is a walkway from the hotel to Smith Tower.
Outrageous The shuttle left without me and three other passengers because they were fully occupied (only 5 passengers were on the shuttle) I almost lost my flight. Now on my way back - I'm waiting more than 40 minutes and after 3 phone calls they say that they didn't even left! Worst ever!!! Just don't do it
