This company came to my residence to evaluate a malfunctioning generator. The gentleman removed the cover on the transfer switch and "immediately" found a wire that had become disconnected. He pushed the wire connector back on the blade and left. Was at my residence for 9 mins. But the charge was an "OUTRAGEOUS" $269.39, about $30/min. Just another business taking advantage of seniors on a fixed income. AVOID them at all costs!!
