I thought Shawn was great and I highly recommend him as well as his technicians. They installed 2 PTACs that use heat pump technology. One unit leaked refrigerant and Shawn took the machine back to the manufacturer and made it right. He texts right back and understands a lot about making the customer happy.

S&D provided better price AND service compared to my old HVAC contractor. I hired them to repair a leaking air handler coil, which they did for materially and provided superior service by thoroughly checking for other leaks. Will definitely be hiring them again.

Rob was super cool. My boiler went out the night before and hot water went out the morning I called him . Luckily I found him on Google. Pricing was reasonable ( $400) especially when I asked him to light the pilot in the hot water tank and we both discovered the gas valve needed to be replaced. Since I have an old tank ( over 15 years) we shopped at 3 stores just to find the piece . He also had other homes to service but placed them on service because assessed my situation and realized I was in dire need to fix my boiler and hot water tank. Thank you!!
