Wonderful service, as always. Grateful to Matt for clear communication and for going to extra mile to ensure timely repair, and thanks to both him and Leo for a job well done. This is the 4th or 5th job we've called SDH for since buying our 1930s home, and we've been completely satisfied every time. Highly recommend this company.

Greg came and replaced a circulator pump for us and was absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable about the product, thoughtful about how to install it including modifications related to our system, patient and ensured that everything was working before he left, cleaned up his area. Really exceptional service. Would gladly work with them again.

Bailey did an amazing job setting up my new combi unit, as the previous boiler was frequently shutting off due to overheating issues. The whole installation took three days and I am extremely happy with the work he has done. He re piped everything and even silenced some banging pipes that have been a minor issue for years. Will be happy to work with SDH again, thank you.

This entire operation gets 5 star reviews. They are all so responsive and professional - BOTH over the phone and in person! Bailey and Mark replaced my 19 year old tankless water heater. It was a long, full day of work in a chilly basement. Skip ahead a month to a new problem, and there was Jimmy, who replaced my garbage disposal. All 3 are so skilled at their jobs. True professionals who take pride in their work and attend to every detail, from start to finish. AND - they are lovely guys who value their role in nurturing positive customer relationships. On Monday my condo complex Maintenance manager was in my unit and noticed that not one, but BOTH of my toilets had faulty shut off valves with a small leak and corrosion. He said I should call a plumber to have them both replaced. I asked him if he could recommend anyone and he suggested S.D.H. Plumbing. I called immediately and they were able to come out Wednesday afternoon and fixed both very quickly and efficiently. Also had a very positive experience with the lady setting up the appointment and letting me know when they were on the our way. Thanks for great service!
