I am undergoing some major renovations and SDR was recommended by our real estate broker. We have not been disappointed. Steve Rozmus and his expert crews are real professionals. They are super reliable, responsible, friendly, always willing to explain jobs and options and - not to be overlooked - clean and respectful of household activities. I found their prices to be fair and reasonable and really appreciate the ability to pay as we go with this extensive project. Truly, how many techs would be willing to stay late into the night to finish up a job so that we had adequate heat? With additional backup provided. He quickly identified the problems, and even though the unit was over 10 years old and out of warranty, he went the extra mile by contacting the manufacturer to explain the issues he found—issues he felt went beyond normal wear and tear. Thanks to his thorough explanation and advocacy, the manufacturer agreed to cover the cost of a brand-new unit despite it being past the warranty date.
