SDR handled maintenance of my undeveloped lot in Vilano Beach and did well until one of their principals had health issues when they sub-contracted my work out. I was billed for several months thereafter and when I made a trip to the location, I live out of state, it was obvious the work was not done and had not been done for quite awhile. After apologies from Stacy, the owner, and promises of a full refund for the lack of service, there has been no refund and now no communication. Like most of us, I work hard for my money. I am extremely unhappy, knowing I am out of state, that people take advantage like this. SDR knows this was happening and, therefore, they are part of the rip-off. I would advise not using them for anything.
