Tim and his co-worker were able to replace a seized gas valve behind my range within just a few hours of me contacting S.E. Tradesmen for the service request. I was impressed with how quickly and professionally they were able take this burden off of my plate and give me peace of mind by also hooking up the new range in the process. Thanks guys! I called them at 7am to fix a leaking pipe off my water main, and they sent a plumber out by 8am to fix it. The secretary and the plumber were super courteous and kind the whole time. Ethan fixed the issue quickly and the price was very reasonable. If I ever have a plumbing emergency again, I will definitely be calling them.

UPDATE 11/12/25: Called them out again (different issue) and had same great experience! Had the good fortune to get Michael as our tech again- he is great! They came out same day. Quick diagnosis. Reasonable flat rate price quoted and work done on the spot! Michael was our technician and amazing! Quickly diagnosed our problem, got the part ordered, and returned to complete the fix just a day later. Professional and knowledgeable. In our case it was an issue with our gas tankless water heater.
