Don,t let the nice guy look fool you. Very terrible experience. Luke , the owner is dishonest and bills for work never done. Never finished my job, we have a lawsuit started due to all these issues. STAY AWAY Question-how do you know when Luke Riggins is lying? His lips are moving.

Since moving to OS I have tried many of services and have never found one like we had in Houston. I can say...we have finally found our forever team for lawn service. The crew is professional, goes above and beyond every time and never hesitates to help with something a little extra. Well priced, especially for what is included. The job is done quickly and perfect.

I had a few bad experiences before finding Sea Oats. I have had excellent experiences with them for almost 5 years now. I use them for general lawn mowing and my small landscaping jobs and upkeep. The owner is amazing! I included before and after landscaping. My vision of course.

As a landscaper they were great! We loved them. The issue came when they bid to paint our house. They damaged all our custom decks by getting paint on them. They tried a bunch of chemicals which made it worse. Eventually they gave up and then refused to pay to have them repaired. We filed a home owners claim, the damage estimate was over $20k, insurance paid part but not all. Now our insurance company is suing them. My biggest issue is that Luke, the owner, was disingenuous and dishonest with us. The landscaping was good but the firm itself isn't well run, professional, or owed by a reputable owner.

We contacted Luke around December 21, 2023 to provide an estimate for routine maintenance of our yard. He was super nice and stated he would go by that day and provide an estimate. We did not get an estimate that day. On January 10, 2024, we followed up with Luke and he stated he had forgotten. He had gone out of town for the holidays and that had been his focus. He was extremely apologetic and stated he would go out and send an estimate. As of today, January 12, 2024, we have not received an estimate. He seems to be a nice person on the phone, but we would not recommend him at this time due to a lack of follow up/follow through.
