Excellent service! We called few companies to fix our ice machine but nobody could fix it, everybody told us to buy a new one. We called seabreeze and we were very pleased! This man knows how to handle commercial refrigerators rapidly. He is not cheap but very accurate and organized on process. I especially liked the way how he works step by step 1. Diagnosis the problem. 2. Offer customers several ways to fix it. 3. Get it done fast

Called the company to come out and service ice machine at the restaurant. No one showed up on scheduled date and time to look at the machine, no answer when tried to call. Following day called again to find out what is the problem. Received a text message that they will call me right back. Never received a call back. So, with that I can't say anything 9n quality, but would be very cautious about putting your faith on service time or response if there will be any.
