Austin was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, efficient, and very helpful. He took the time to show us exactly what was going on with our AC system and explained everything clearly. He cleaned out the drain, checked the coils, extended our drain pipe, and gave us helpful updates on yearly maintenance to help keep our unit running smoothly. On top of all that, he was super personable and easy to talk to. We really appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness! highly recommend seacoast air & Austin!

Ric started us off, getting a same day quote for a replacement and then let the office know we were down without a system. They worked us into the schedule the next day. Ric was a great guy to deal with and gave us the in's and out's of straight AC vs. Heat pumps. He was knowledgeable and had great customer service. Happy to recommend Sea Coast! (Hoping Ric gets his hole in one or long shot this weekend!) Roger, Matt & Zach J. have been a great group of guys to deal with in all of the heat induced misery. I had an excellent experience with Zach from Seacoast! He was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about AC systems. He explained everything he was doing, answered all my questions, and made sure the system was running perfectly before he left. Great customer service! Our A/C died and Jason came and diagnosed it. He explained every detail of the problem and the stats on the unit he recommended to replace it. While we gasped at the price, we knew from the evening news to expect it. What a through professional! The next morning, Nathan and Feliciano arrived with the new unit and they worked steadily for over 5 hours without a break. Both super-friendly guys. They hauled off the trash and took great care in cleaning up after themselves, even though we told them not to worry. We are cool, comfortable, (and poorer) but happy with this professional service.

Seacoast was great from the very beginning. Their tech gave us a few this to try, then came Out as promised. Austin was amazing, he diagnosed the problem ( clogged drain) right away for $212. He was very knowledgeable and saved us from purchasing a new unit from Del-Air for $12,000. 🤷‍♀️ thanks Seacoast!!!
