I was very disappointed with Jeff Johnston from Seacoast Floor Supply. He came to do a professional evaluation for the manufacturer (Somerset Hardwood Flooring from Kentucky) of our engineered laminate hardwood flooring because the flooring in our brand new house was splintering, splitting, and bubbling after the product was installed in our climate controlled home. Jeff told my husband and I that the floor needed to be replaced because the product did not meet industry standards. But, he reported something entirely different to the manufacturer in his write up, and we never received a copy of the report.
