This was my first experience with this company. I spoke to Chris and he got me everything I needed. Absolutely amazing customer service and a very intelligent counter person. I will definitely do business with him again.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a business. Their desire to help the customer was nonexistent. Completely arrogant people that I will never do business with again. He measured a simple oh ring that I needed they did not have the part but he would not tell me the size so I could seek it out by someone else that might have it I have never seen a business so unwilling to help the customer

Terrible: website is wrong!! Drove all the way over To find out that their customer service/parts counter is no longer there. Called and was told that they sell calipers so you can measure your own and then call them to see if they have anything! How stupid for a company that size to throw out the service end of the business!!

I brought in a part for work that we were having trouble with and they were able to find us an o-ring that fit perfectly. Super friendly and helpful too.
