Nick and his team completed a partial basement reno for our family to take our finished basement into a functional in law suite/guest apartment. They installed a small kitchen, laid flooring, and completed the necessary rough in plumbing and electrical for the addition of the kitchen. We can't say enough good things about Nick and his crew at Seamless Renovations! They took an empty basement space and turned it into a gorgeous finished bathroom! Nick was an excellent communicator from start to finish, answering every last one of our questions and responding quickly to texts throughout the process. He offered great ideas for design and product sourcing, but was also open to our ideas. His quote and invoices were transparent and very reasonable, and he stuck to them completely except where we ourselves requested changes. He even texted us every morning of the job to let us know exactly when they would be arriving. We loved our experience with Nick and his team! They were incredibly professional and kind. The two weeks that they were in our home giving us the bathroom of our dreams, they kept the house tidy, work spaces were clean, and they literally vacuumed their way out of the house!
