Sears Appliance Repair

The technician, Brandon arrived on time, and fixed my Mothers Samsung dryer within 30min. We're very happy with his services & will definitely use him again for further appliance issues. Thankyou for fixing my Mothers dryer!

Brandon was very nice but not knowledgeable enough or experienced enough to correctly diagnose the problem. The part he thought I needed was not going to fix my problem with the oven door not closing all the way with a tight seal. The part was going to cost over $500 thru Sears. I decided to try to find it cheaper somewhere else. I chose not to order it after talking to some other appliance part people who explained what the part was supposed to do. She told me the motor was for the locking system for the self-clean feature which I don’t care about. I was told all I needed was new door hinges. The lady on the phone told me the correct part number but they did not have it in stock. I was able to find new door hinges on EBay for a total of $87. I paid a service call plus some labor for a tot
