Sears Appliance Repair

On the 7th time Sears came out to fix the dryer and it still not fixed, They refused to write it up as inoperable. Even after calling my home warranty and they said they would replace the dryer. Instead, Sears wanted to continue to come as many times as possible. They didn’t care about the inconvenience of missing work or not being able to use the dryer. My home warranty paid over $3000 in labor $140 each time they came out and parts that were ordered multiple times. After asking to speak to a supervisor I was given the runaround and told that they could not give me any numbers.

He was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable. After arriving it took him no time to replace the part needed to make repair and to put the refrigerator back together.

Do not use came once wa.ts go wait for part 3 weeks later then never shows on appointment wants to make new appointmwnt for 3 more weeks sorry a services and no contqct from team are anyone to call you

Gave the wrong diagnosis told me that my lint thing was plugged on the outside and there was nothing plugged nothing blocking it and my dryer is still not drying right. I have video to prove that there is no blockage. He was sent for a second callback and he falsified the visit; he was a no show and signed my name with an X. In my book he is a very dishonest person. You also need a better communication system. Tried several times to contact your business; your AI is very limited.
