Sal was a very knowledgeable and got right to work. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my Maytag dryer in under an hour. I would highly recommend him for appliance repair. His people skills are top notch.

Salvador arrived timely and completed the process of replacing the lid on our washing machine in a fast and professional manner. Our Home warranty paid for the new lid. We just had to pay the service fee of $100.

The tech was great however I have been waiting for nearly 3 months for my dish washer to be repaired. There have been 3 different techs at my home 6 or 7 times they have replaced 1 part twice and another part and the dish washer still does not work. I have in the past been happy with the service from First American however this has been going on for to long. Dan Brumbaugh

Our dishwasher stopped working, and we were extremely pleased with the service we received from Sears. The first technician arrived promptly, quickly assessed the issue, ordered the necessary parts, and scheduled a follow-up visit right away. When the initial repair didn’t fully resolve the problem, they continued troubleshooting, ordered new parts, and got us back on the schedule without delay. The new parts arrived earlier than expected and they let us move our appointment up. The second technician completed the repair efficiently and professionally. The technician was in a hurry. The technician did not assess the wiring to investigate the electrical Odor I told him about. He concluded a light bulb melted the panel in the fridge r/t the door not being completely closed. I pointed out the outlet and the wall around the outlet having burned marks and he told me it was probably dust. I would have felt better had the technician assess the wiring in the fridge and behind the fridge. To replace a plastic panel that shields the light bulbs and to fix the i maker was 1000.00. It was a waste of 125.00 diagnostic fee because of the poor assessment. It was so fast so I had this guy look at other superficial problems just to get my monies worth. Geez 🙄 I do not recommend this company Sears.
