Sears Appliance Repair

Our technician, Joseph, was highly communicative, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. While our problem wasn’t solved, Joseph helped us take the necessary next steps to remedy our issue. A fairly painless experience, however, not every tech I’ve worked with from Sears is as high caliber as Joseph.

Technician has great customer service skills and performed his tasks installing the ice maker proficiently. We appreciate his work skills. Thanks WF.

Taken almost 1 mth since i called and made an apt for a technician to come out. Can never speak to a live person, and communication is horrible between the company and techs. Finally someone actually came and didn't fix the issue, just left. They didnt even run the machine to ensure everything was fixed before leaving.

Technician could not help. I detailed what was wrong and the item brand and type/model when submitting the ticket and spoke the technician and advised same. When he arrived, was not able to do anything and did not have the part that I told home was needed. It was a complete waste of his time and ours.

Franklin was knowledgeable, very competent, and cheerful. He didn’t gouge us by obliging a $1200 repair, instead pointing us toward a good new machine for around $500.
